DASH Box Hotel Cyberjaya is set to sizzle with barbecue dishes for Ramadan this year.
The buffet spread, called ‘Sajian Tradisi Dapur Dash Ala BBQ’ will feature more than 150 items, including traditional kuih-muih at Mya Kitchen Restaurant.
The hotel’s executive chef Mahidin Mahamud said his team serves only the best dishes to patrons by preparing the items fresh daily.
“Patrons will left the restaurant feeling satisfied with the affordable yet extensive buffet spread,” he said.
Mahidin said the exquisite preparation of the dishes involved tapping the creative mind of the hotel’s staff who came up with their own recipes.
One of it is Rendang Kak Ema which sets to evoke the good old memories of celebrating Ramadan and Hari Raya at their hometowns.
Besides that, the patrons could also savour the yoghurt and honey wrapped grilled lamb, infused with special spices for a Turkish and Arabic taste.
Moreover, there are other dishes including patin tempoyak, sambal ikan bilis tempoyak,sotong bakar, ayam percik, ocean curry or seafood curry as well as serunding ayam and serunding daging, which are processed by Mahidin and his team.
“Our ikan bakar is also different than the others as it comes with special sambal and seven dips to choose from,” he said.
Mahidin said the buffet is priced at RM88nett for adult and RM48nett for children aged 6 to 12.
The early bird price is RM78nett for adult. It is available before May 5.
For every five reservations for adults, diners can receive one free adult voucher.
The buffet is available from May 9 to June 2 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
